# Renting Guide

If you are a lazy landlord and you would like to have a passive income by renting out your lands to active farmers, [rentals ](https://farm.hashkings.app/rentals)will be your favorite feature!

All the NFTs will be still in your wallet but you will be renting the ***use*** of them, so once a renting contract starts you won't be able to use your land/water tower.

* First you need to select which kind of NFT you would like to rent out:

* You need to select the ID of the NFT
* Select the amount of time 
* And finally the price that will be priced in HIVE
